Captain Noa and I spoke wth DC Stone at length about promotions. We came to a agreement. We deceided to leave everything as status quo until the end of the month. The uncertainty of what is to come due to the corona virus is making planning dificult at this time. Justifying OT to keep us at 5 and 5 is also difficult.
